Course contents:

Hospitality Package

The course is 3 days in duration, and this includes all guided learning, materials, theory and examinations, along with 100% tutor guidance throughout. Upon successful completion learners will receive the following qualifications.

Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service (RQF) 6 hours

Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) 6 hours

Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (RQF) 8 hours (+2 hours exam)

Learners will also experience the theory and knowledge contained in the conflict management module of the Level 2 Door Supervision qualification.

Course cost: £200

Advanced Hospitality Package

The course is 5 days in duration, and this includes all guided learning, materials, theory and examinations, along with 100% tutor guidance throughout. Upon successful completion learners will receive the following qualifications.

Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service (RQF) 6 hours

Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) 6 hours

Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (RQF) 8 hours (+2 hours exam)

Level 1 Award in Fire Awareness in the Workplace (RQF) 4 hours

Level 2 Award in Preventing Violence in the workplace (RQF) 6 hours

Level 2 Award in Principles of Workplace Risk Assessment (RQF) 6 hours

This is a fast-paced course with multiple elements to it. Learners should already have 1+ years’ experience within the hospitality sector and be looking to advance within their current role or apply for a role at a senior level.
